what is the best grow light for peanuts?

What are the best bulbs for growing a little garden indoors? The growing season for peanuts is not long enough in Tennessee and when summer is over i will have to take them inside. What is the best light to grow peanuts with indoors?

How high above these flats should I put the light fixture? And does it need to be lowered or raised once the seeds germinate? thanks.
